Nexgen Home Finance was started in 2003 by Jason Kiffe and Leyla Sharifi.  Their intent was to offer an alternative to the unethical and inexperienced advice that was growing rampant as a result of various lenders hiring without any training or mortgage education.  They felt that good financial advice should come from someone who not only studies but lives a fiscally responsible life. 

There are currently two full time and two part time agents working for Nexgen Home Finance.  Each one is fully licensed and up to date on the latest educational requirements and licensing to ensure that the advice that is given is in the clients best interest.  Please feel free to call with any questions or concerns.  We are always open to new clients and referrals.
