Nexgen Home Finance was started in 2004 by Jason Kiffe and Leyla Sharifi.  Their intent was to offer an alternative to the unethical and inexperienced advice that was growing rampant as a result of various lenders hiring without any training or mortgage education.  They felt that good financial advice should come from people who not only study, but also live a fiscally responsible life.
